This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from FoodBinaa.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Products that have been damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to initiate a return.
Note: Certain items, such as custom-built instruments, clearance items, or items marked as “non-returnable,” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@foodbinaa.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
Packaging the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipping process. Include the RA number and proof of purchase inside the package.
